Paige Tools Limited Warranty
Our product warranty is 30 days from the date of purchase or invoice date, whichever is most current, for a full refund on New, Unused products less shipping costs. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return authorization number. Return Authorization number must be written on the Outside of your return. Misuse of a product will void the warranty. Our Adapters are for use ONLY with Paige Tips. Returns of new, unused products postmarked after the 30 day period up to 60 days receive a prorated refund less shipping costs. Used products are not returnable unless they are found to be defective by us within the original, 30 day warranty period. Paige Tools makes no warranty of any kind, as to product fitness for any purpose. Paige Tools shall not be liable under any circumstances for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect or other damages or for loss of use, revenue or profit even if Paige Tools has been advised of such damages. Warranty remedies provided herein shall not apply if a product is damaged by accident, abuse or misuse, or if a product is modified in any way or used for any purpose outside its intended use. If a shipping error is ours we will issue a shipping cost refund. Refunds under warranty are issued after we receive the returned product in a timely manner for examination. All returns for warranty issues must be approved by Paige Tools, inc. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will only be refunded if a product is determined to be defective. This is the sole and exclusive remedy of the purchaser and the sole and exclusive liability of Paige Tools, Inc. whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty, or in negligence. Please package the return well and ship via US First Class mail. Foreign returns please contact us for shipping instructions.
